Cleansing a B2B database for one regulatory regime is straightforward. Cleansing it to be compliant on both sides of the Atlantic at once -- GDPR for UK and EU contacts, CCPA for California-based ones -- means the process cannot be a single global standard, because the two frameworks define consent and deletion rights differently.
